Our Approach
We brought in our industrial sweeper truck to handle the sheer volume of loose dust and debris covering the warehouse floor. Street sweeping trucks like this are built for exactly this kind of large-scale job — clearing thousands of square metres of concrete quickly, lifting fine dust particles that would otherwise just get kicked back into the air, and leaving a clean, dust-free surface ready for the next stage of work.
From there, our team moved on to high-pressure washing to tackle everything the sweeper couldn’t — the ground-in grime, staining, and residue that had bonded to the floors and lower walls over the years. Using commercial-grade pressure cleaning equipment, we were able to strip back decades of buildup and reveal the original concrete underneath, restoring the surface to a clean, safe, workable condition.
Working through a site of this scale meant careful planning: staging the sweeper truck’s passes in sections, managing dust control throughout, and making sure runoff from the high-pressure washing was handled responsibly on site.
The Result
